I'm getting to be a pro at the Wilton cakes - I've got it down to about an hour of decorating. Which seems silly in retrospect, but my Mom used to do it for us and it just seems like the right thing to do. And Wilton's has the coolest cake pans! Sherri, I bet you get LOTS of cake-decorating practice!! Do you do these specialty cakes for your kids? Because for me, two times a year is quite enough cake decorating! :) Hey, Al!
